Joanna has 7 years of experience working as a biologist in British Columbia and Alberta and is one of Ecofor’s newest Project Managers. She has been managing Construction Monitoring and Environmental Assessment Projects throughout Northern BC over the last year. Joanna is a graduate of the University of Calgary and a member of the College of Applied Biology and the Alberta Society of Professional Biologists. Though the bulk of her career has been spent working with migratory birds, Joanna is always looking to diversify her skills along the biology spectrum. Joanna’s multidisciplinary biology experience allows her to support industries such as oil and gas development, pipeline construction, transmission line construction and maintenance, and highway construction as a qualified environmental professional. Joanna currently holds a position on the Ecofor Safety Committee and takes pride in Ecofor’s safety program. When Joanna is not hard at work with Ecofor she can be found on her hobby farm, north of Prince George.
