A typical day as a Corporate Services Administrator involves coordinating HR tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, supporting new hire setup, and maintaining employee records. You’ll also handle day‑to‑day facility needs—arranging repairs, coordinating with service providers, monitoring office supplies, and helping with workspace adjustments. Throughout the day, you may update equipment or asset records, assist with coordinating repairs or distribution, and provide basic IT troubleshooting before escalating issues to external support. Overall, your day is a mix of HR coordination, facilities support, equipment tracking, and light tech assistance to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Our ideal candidate has two to four years of experience in an administrative or corporate services role, supported by relevant education or an equivalent combination of training and experience. You are organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly and work well with both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. You are resourceful, proactive, and collaborative, with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common workplace platforms, along with a willingness to learn new systems, is essential for success in this role.
Position requires: Criminal Record Check, Valid Driver’s License
Language Requirement: Fluent in English

Wage Range: This is an Hourly position with a target hiring range of $26.75 to $32.91 per hour. Final placement within this range will typically be between the minimum and midpoint and is determined based on each candidate’s unique combination of skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities. We also consider factors such as market conditions and internal equity to support fair and transparent compensation practices.
Location: The successful candidates must reside in or be willing to move to Prince George, BC.
